A graduate of LaGuardia High School of Music and the Arts in NYC, The Hartt School in CT, Loyola College in MD, and doctoral studies in Vocal Performance at UCONN, Jolie taught music in the public schools of Hartford, Connecticut for many years. In 1998, Jolie began singing professionally with regional opera companies, which eventually lead to performances in the US, Europe, and Australia.
